Roles and Responsibilities
1.Manage professional and personal scheduling for Chairman, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics
2.Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives
3.Manage travel logistics and schedule of activities for the outstation events, scheduled for the chairman of the organization
4.Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contacts database
5.Organize team meetings with Principals and other HOD of the organization
