About IR As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, the selected candidate will work with a team that specializes in global market research and works with top-rated IR organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks and work alongside their product and sector teams to support them in deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects. The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operations of the Analyst Hub (Research Publishing & Distribution, Desktop Publishing & Support, and Equity Analyst Model Management functions within the Research Operations and Support team). This individual will lead a team, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, implement process improvements, and maintain the integrity and security of critical research data and systems. He should drive the team to attain their objective, always in the inbox working out on requests with the team and making sure the stakeholders are happy. The Senior Operations Manager will play a key role in optimizing research operations and supporting the firm's research activities.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve Oversee the Analyst Hub Research operations team on day-to-day basis and agreed service level agreements are met. Ensure efficient and effective delivery of business-as-usual operations services to both external clients and internal stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement within the Research operations team, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and tighten controls. Ensure key regulatory and business controls run effectively, working with the business controls team and compliance on updating controls to business and market changes. Implement and operationalize change initiatives where relevant, in coordination with the Research Change team, ensuring seamless integration into existing workflows and processes. Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including research analysts, research management, the Change team, and other internal infrastructure departments (legal, compliance, KYC etc), ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Oversee the accurate and timely publishing and distribution of research reports to clients and internal stakeholders. This also includes distributing research reports via through-website, Email, third-party financial aggregators etc. and troubleshooting the problems faced by the analyst regarding application, login issues and website access. Maintaining the workflow / Mailbox Management

What we’re looking for Preferably a Postgraduate, but if there is a very good graduate candidate with relevant experience, we can consider. 10-15 years of experience in core operations / publishing or research background with good understanding of equities and research functions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with audiences of different seniority, including clients, management and other internal stakeholders, and team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, key eye for details with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach Should be a quick learner and experience financial services a plus. Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and improve efficiency. Motivated to achieve organizational goals and willingness to learn new skills
