Role : Technical Project Manager
Experience : 10-14 year
Must Have :
- Over all experience of 10 – 12 years
- Good experience in Insurance domain (P&C).
- Should have played the role of PM or Scrum master for 3 years
- Strong functional knowledge of Policy Administration Systems (PAS)
- Good understanding of project management concepts , methodologies, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience in performing the role of a Scrum Master , facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring team alignment.
- Possesses basic understanding of technical concepts relevant to project delivery, enabling effective communication with development teams and stakeholder
- Good Communication Skills
