Senior Finance Manager

Job descriptionPrepare and review financial statements every month. - Conduct consolidation exercises for multiple subsidiaries, including merger-demerger accounting and book closure. - Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, and due diligence processes. - Prepare and report monthly MIS (Management Information Systems). - Review GL balances, AP / AR, and trial balances for accuracy. - Ensure statutory compliance across financial operations. - Manage and lead the finance and accounts team, ensuring the timely completion of all tasks. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). - 7-9 years of post-qualification experience in accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and financial control roles. - Expertise in financial statement preparation, and statutory compliance. - Proven ability to manage audits, due diligence, and financial reporting. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
