Job Title : Embedded Engineering Manager

Location : Gurgaon - work from office

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Embedded Engineering Manager to lead our team of embedded and hardware systems engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded systems development, hardware design and development process, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovative solutions. This role involves overseeing the development of embedded software and hardware solutions, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of embedded systems engineers and hardware engineers.
• Provide guidance on technical issues, career development, and performance management.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of embedded systems projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and expertise in embedded systems design and development.
• Review and approve engineering designs, code, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements.-
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including product managers, senior management, and external partners.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively.

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience : 8+ years of experience in embedded systems development, with exposure to managerial or leadership role.
