Assistant Manager - Billing

Job description

Project Planning and Execution : Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor progress against milestones and deadlines, ensuring adherence to timelines.

Billing and Financial Management : Prepare and manage billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions. Track project expenses and variances, providing regular updates to senior management. Coordinate with finance teams to resolve any discrepancies in billing.

Stakeholder Coordination : Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Organize regular meetings to discuss project status, address concerns, and align on goals.

Quality Assurance : Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct site inspections and audits to verify work quality and adherence to specifications.

Documentation and Reporting : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and progress reports. Prepare reports for management, highlighting project performance, financial status, and any issues.

Risk Management : Identify potential risks to project execution and billing processes, implementing mitigation strategies. Monitor project risks and escalate issues as needed.
