What we’re looking for :

• You’re an experienced Product Manager with a broad skill set - driven, analytical, and strategic - with a customer focus and strong problem solving skills.
• You’ll be responsible for our Billing platform globally. This is a very exciting time to lead our efforts and shape the vision for our business, as we complete our migration to our new tech stack and continue to scale in multiple markets. You’ll be in charge of working across the business with multiple stakeholders for a critical part of our infrastructure.
• You’ll be joining a group of Product Managers that work within our Member Engagement Marketing (MEM) team, which is responsible for the successful engagement and retention of Tide members. Our Billing platform is at the core of ensuring members get the most value out of their Tide subscription, and you’ll collaborate closely with our Payments, Marketing, Data and Finance teams to make sure we’re billing correctly, transparently and compliantly. More than this, you’ll be thinking about how we bill members in different markets, and how you can make this a smooth and simple end user experience - one that goes above and beyond your typical SaaS experience.
