We are looking for a sharp, hungry, and go-getter Business Development Executive / Sales Development Representative (BDE / SDR) to join our on-site team in Bangalore / Mumbai / Delhi / Pune. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, scheduling discovery calls, following up actively, and supporting closures. This is a hands-on, target-driven role focused on building pipeline and accelerating revenue growth.
If you’ve sold IT services or custom software solutions and contributed ₹1 Cr+ in revenue in the last year, we’d love to hear from you.
Applicants must have prior experience in IT services or custom software sales. Those without relevant experience need not apply
Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and prospect potential clients through outbound channels (, cold calls, email)
- Understand client business needs and challenges to pitch relevant solutions
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for senior leadership or handle them directly when needed
- Follow up diligently on all active opportunities and ensure next steps are aligned
- Collaborate with technical teams to build custom proposals
- Track all prospect interactions, pipeline status, and activity in CRM systems
- Support deal closures by keeping momentum strong and ensuring engagement throughout
Requirements :
2–3 years of B2B sales or SDR experience in IT services or custom software developmentProven track record of contributing ₹1 Cr or more in revenue in the last 12 monthsStrong understanding of software development lifecycle and IT consulting frameworksExcellent communication, pitching, and stakeholder management skillsHands-on experience with CRMs like Odoo, Sales Nav, Apollo, Lusha etc.Why Join Us?
