As we grow, we’re looking for a Lead Generation Consultant to help more people across Germany find and secure the right home with ease.

What You’ll Do

Make cold and warm calls to potential tenants, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable apartments from our listings
Communicate clearly and professionally over phone and email, guiding prospects through the rental journey
Schedule and coordinate property viewings
Follow up to gather required documents, support with contract signing, and assist with handover coordination
Keep all lead activity updated and organized in our CRM system

What You Bring

Strong spoken and written English

Confident making cold calls and building quick rapport

5+ years Experience in sales, customer outreach, or lead generation is mandatory

Comfortable using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote role
