We’re Hiring : Technical Sales Executive

Locations : Ahmedabad | Surat | Rajkot

Experience : Freshers or 1+ Years

Industry : Fragrance, Flavour, Cosmetics, Chemicals

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team and grow in a technical sales role within the fragrance and flavor industry .

What You’ll Do

Develop and manage B2B customer relationships across cosmetics, personal care, home care, and FMCG segments
Understand client requirements and recommend tailored fragrance / flavor solutions
Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Sampling) for smooth project execution
Visit client offices, manufacturing sites, and distribution channels as needed
Ensure strong market coverage and retail feedback through regular interactions
Maintain and update sales activities using CRM tools
Represent the brand at trade exhibitions, seminars, and client presentations
Assist in post-sales technical support and feedback collection

What You Bring

Willingness to travel locally and across India for client visits and product demos

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills – ability to communicate technical concepts simply

Experience in B2B or technical sales (preferably in chemicals, cosmetics, or fragrance / flavor industry)

Understanding (or readiness to learn) about retail, distribution, and client servicing

Sound knowledge of distribution channels, retail sales, and market operations

Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field

Suitable For

Freshers from Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related fields

Lab, QC, R&D, or production professionals looking to move into client-facing roles

Sales support or backend staff ready to step into a full-time sales role

Early-career professionals from cosmetics, FMCG, or raw material distribution
