Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Personnel to oversee International / Domestic sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth developing strategic partnerships and expanding market presence globally.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Formulate comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the companys objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion in domestic / international markets.
2. Has clear goals targets and fostering a culture of accountability and performance excellence.
3. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends competitive landscapes and opportunities for growth in target regions.
4. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities including strategic partnerships alliances and channel development to expand the companys market reach and revenue streams.
6. Monitor sales performance metrics analyze data and generate accurate sales forecasts and reports to assess progress towards targets and inform strategic decision-making.
7. Lead negotiations of contracts pricing and terms with clients ensuring favorable outcomes while safeguarding the companys interests and profitability.
8. Collaborate closely with internal departments including marketing operations and product development to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business strategies and objectives.
