As a Senior Product Designer, you will get the opportunity to work with a team of associate product designers, Product managers, and business stakeholders. You will own end-to-end user experiences and features within the HealthifyMe app, web & other product areas. You’ll collaborate with Research, Product, Business, Data and Engineering teams to create delightful and impactful experiences for our users. You will help shape the vision for UX, UI and research for HealthifyMe and drive product changes across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities : Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize user needs, business goals, and technological realities across web & mobile platforms Take self- initiative to identify product, business & user problems independently and design solutions - truly be a design owner and not always wait for product managers to come up with problem statements and solutions. Effectively collaborate with and influence your project partners and the product organization made up of other designers, content strategists, product managers, engineers, marketers, data scientists, and researchers. Effectively use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions and measure success Create user interface design, architecture and functionality according to usability best practices, standards-compliant design and most importantly, user-tested data. Come up with the best creative and innovative solutions achieved within timeline and scope. Responsible for seeing the idea from the promise to final payoff. Contribute to the development of the design & social team's culture and quality standards. Set up design processes & frameworks that can help improve efficiency within the team and improve consistency across the product.

Qualifications : 3+ years of Full-time experience in interaction design, product design, and product research, preferably in consumer-facing mobile apps. Deep knowledge of design principles, processes, and methods Curiosity and commitment to testing new ideas and a thirst for innovating to drive business results and deliver impeccable customer experiences. Expertise leading, creating, and evangelising user experience strategies, design principles, and frameworks. Expert communication and presentation skills to inform, influence, and negotiate with product managers, engineers among others Expertise executing ideas and concepts through sketching, storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping Mastery of design tools such as Figma, XD, Adobe Creative Suite, and a detailed online portfolio demonstrating your strong craft and collaborative process Curiosity for all things AI.
