Job description

Job Title : Graphic Designer

Location : Remote

Shift : 7pm – 4am IST

Industry : Digital Marketing | Small to Mid-Sized Business (SMB) Focus

Responsibilities :

Brand Representation :

  • Create on-brand graphics for digital, including lead generation creatives, marketing collateral, advertisements, and web assets.
  • Adhere to the Simplia Brand Guidelines (logo usage, color palette, typography, and layout consistency).

Concept Development :

  • Collaborate with lead generation team and creative teams to develop graphics
  • Create graphics for running google / meta ads

    • Project Management :

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Implement feedback from internal reviews and maintain version control of assets.

    • Quality Assurance :

  • Ensure all designs are optimized for their intended platforms (web, mobile, print) and meet resolution standards.

    • Required Qualifications

    Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in graphic design.

    • Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
  • Knowledge of design principles, color theory, and typography.

    • Portfolio :

  • A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects, creativity, and technical expertise.

    • Soft Skills :

  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills to articulate design concepts and receive feedback constructively.
