About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled and versatile Graphic Designer with strong B2B experience to join our growing marketing team. You’ll play a central role in shaping our brand across digital, video, print, and presentation formats - creating high-impact visual content that communicates our value to global enterprise audiences.
This role requires someone who is equally comfortable designing a slick sales deck, building video assets, crafting web visuals, or laying out a premium whitepaper. You'll work closely with content, digital, and commercial teams to bring creative ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce compelling visual assets for B2B campaigns including :
- Videos and animated graphics for use on the website, social, and events
- Marketing collateral such as whitepapers, brochures, and infographics
- Webpage and landing page layouts in collaboration with UX / design leads
- PowerPoint decks for sales, pitch, and investor presentations
- Maintain and evolve the Topsource Worldwide visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
- Collaborate with content writers, marketers, and stakeholders to translate complex ideas into clean, effective visuals.
- Assist in designing ad creatives, email visuals, and social media graphics as needed.
- Help build out and maintain a library of reusable brand assets and templates.
- Work with external agencies or freelancers when additional creative support is needed.
Requirements
6+ years of graphic design experience within a B2B environment (agency or in-house).Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).Proven ability to create high-quality video content for web, social, and sales use.Experience designing for presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote).Strong knowledge of layout, typography, and visual storytelling for long-form content (e.g., whitepapers, eBooks).Comfort collaborating on web page and digital ad design (Figma or similar is a plus).Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.Ability to work with and give feedback in a cross-functional team (content, digital, brand, sales).Nice to Have
Experience working in a global, distributed marketing team.Animation / motion graphics experience.Familiarity with B2B SaaS or HRTech / EOR industry.Knowledge of basic web standards and responsive design.What We Offer
