Area Sales Manager CTC - 7 LPA to 10 LPA Prefered candidate from - Stationery, Office Supplies, Pens, Writing instruments
Job Summary : To co-ordinate & motivate the sales force to achieve their target for the territory. To lead team of Sales Representatives, Area Sales Officers and increase Width / Depth / Display / Sales through assigned team and distributors. Ensure payment collection as per company policy. Timely recruitment of sales team and appointing distributor whenever there is a vacancy. Planning & leading team appropriately to achieve the assigned responsibilities. Ensure filing of coverage gaps.
Results 1. Achieve and exceed sales target. 2. Widening of distribution network. 3. Implementing trade schemes and conducting promotional activities. 4. Timely payment collection of all the distributors. 5. Increase visibility of existing product & new product placement.
Responsibilities Major Duties 1. Achieve sales targets.(Primary & Secondary). 2. Expense control / justification. 3. Monitoring payment collection. 4.Managing sales team & distributors.
