Job descriptionLead and mentor a team of Unity Game Developers. Set clear priorities, allocate projects, and foster a high-performance, quality-first culture. Oversee the full game development process—from ideation and prototyping to launch. Ensure smooth execution of projects within scope, time, and budget. Collaborate with AI, content, and product teams to develop personalized, immersive learning experiences. Ensure seamless integration of AI-generated content and interactive features. Create technical specs and resource plans. Provide accurate project estimations, schedules, and risk assessments. Provide guidance and problem-solving support across all stages of development. Set and maintain high standards for performance, UX, and quality across platforms (mobile and desktop).

Role Overview
We are seeking a Gaming Head to lead our educational game development efforts. This is a visionary, hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for defining the creative direction, managing a talented team of Unity Game Developers, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of engaging AI-powered educational games.
This is a long-term opportunity to innovate at the intersection of gaming, AI, and EdTech.
