What Youll Do :
- Drive the Design Vision : Complete the product design lifecycle from brainstorming innovative ideas to polished implementations, crafting seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Define user experience : Dive into user research, usability testing, and market analysis to forge designs that truly resonate with our users' needs and aspirations.
- Foster Synergy and Innovation : Youll be a linchpin in fostering synergy across our diverse teams working hand-in-hand with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to align on ambitious goals, transforming user insights and business requirements into groundbreaking design concepts.
- Build / re-build Design Standards : Establish and maintain design systems, brand / product guidelines, and best practices to ensure design consistency and scalability across products and platforms.
- Problem-solving : Demonstrates the capability to not only design but also actively address and resolve challenges through quick and effective :
1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, User-experience design, or related field.
2. 4-5 years of proven experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and the impact of your work.
3. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (figma, adobe, etc).
4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
5. Experience working in agile development environments, startups and collaborating with cross-functional teams
6. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
7. Passion for fintech and a strong interest in designing innovative financial products and services
8. Prior experience in designing for international markets and cross-border financial services is a : Bangalore, India
