Job Overview :

We are seeking a UX Designer with extensive experience in Figma, design systems, and mobile-first design principles.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in visual and interaction design, deep understanding of accessibility standards, and the ability to collaborate across design, development, and product teams to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable design systems using Figma, including use of tokens, vectors, and interactive prototypes.
• Create visually appealing, accessible, and user-centric designs for native mobile applications and web platforms.
• Deliver detailed UX artifacts such as wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interaction flows, information architecture, and annotated specifications.
• Collaborate closely with UX Researchers, Developers, and Product Owners to validate designs via user testing tools (e.g., usertesting.com).
• Translate complex problems into elegant design solutions, maintaining consistency across platforms.
• Maintain deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and apply best practices in both web and mobile UI design.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple conflicting priorities across projects.
• Clearly communicate design decisions and reasoning to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across various channels (verbal, written, chat).
