We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and E-Commerce (E-Com) operations in the entire Gujarat.
About the Role
The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the FMCG or consumer goods industry. This role requires the individual to drive sales growth, build strong relationships with retailers and distributors, and enhance the 24 Mantra brand's presence across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in General Trade, Modern Trade.
- Manage and expand the existing distribution network while onboarding new retail partners and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability, visibility, and promotional execution.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive negotiations with key accounts and modern trade partners for better margins and shelf space.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with trade regulations.
- Train and mentor sales representatives to enhance overall sales performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's / master’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, Food sales, or retail.Strong understanding of General Trade or Modern Trade.Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat.Required Skills :
