About the Role : We're seeking a seasoned Power Platform Technical Lead to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of innovative, scalable solutions. As a key player, you'll collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, architect robust solutions, and ensure seamless integration with third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Solution Architecture : Design and architect complex Power Platform solutions, including Canvas, Model-Driven, and Power Pages apps.
• Development Excellence : Develop high-quality, reusable components and workflows, leveraging Power Automate to orchestrate seamless integrations.
• Integration Mastery : Integrate with diverse systems, including databases, APIs, and cloud services (especially Azure), to create comprehensive solutions.
• Technical Leadership : Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
• Deployment and Maintenance : Oversee deployments, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance for optimal user experience.
• Quality Assurance : Conduct rigorous testing and fine-tuning to ensure solutions meet the highest quality standards.
• Process Optimization : Establish and maintain efficient ALM processes for seamless solution management.
