Responsibilities
Deliver Asset Management services for multiple customers.Act as the single point of contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.Manage, track, report, and resolve issues related to customers' IB data.Support customers in managing the lifecycle of HW and SW assets to mitigate risks, optimize TCO, and improve customer experience.Key Job Duties
Ensure customer IB is correctly aligned with contracts, locations, and service coverage levels.Lead the implementation of Asset Management services.Onboard new customers and reconcile IB data from various sources.Identify discrepancies and manage MACD activities.Provide ongoing IB maintenance support and collaborate cross-functionally.Required Skills
Expert-level proficiency in Korean and Japanese (written and verbal).Strong understanding of Customer business model, product portfolio, and GTM strategies.Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivots, formulas) and experience with data analysis.Proficiency in reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI.Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.Eligibility & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with minimum of 4 years of customer engagement experience including 2 years of experience in IB Management or Data Management or similarCCNA certification requiredITIL Foundation, and HAM / SAM are good to haveIBA AnalystRole Overview :
As an Installed Base Analyst you will be joining our customer Team by building an extraordinary relationship and working closely with all client Customers, Partners and Stakeholders. Your objective will be to manage and optimize all assets from purchase to renewal, safeguarding and ensuring data accuracy of our Customers at all times along with building accurate proposals, assist with booking for managed events along making sure all metrics are met and accurate..
Role Specific Responsibilities :
Managing renewal contracts / IB for customer software and services;Ensuring the deliverables of overall renewals by closely engaging with the stakeholdersMonitoring quote creation, prepare customer’s meetings and make sure all contracts are renewed on time as per T minus approach by engaging with stakeholdersEngaging with account managers to define renewal and up-sell proposals;Identifying growth opportunities;Defining and perform risk assessments for all contracts, products / Software and services;Ensuring closing for all renewal activities by leading Customer & Partner team;Building strong relationships with Decision Makers in order to guarantee their objectives.Ensure all renewal milestones (Cust Def, IB Recon / Assessment / Clean up, ATR analysis, proposals, RR, booking, entitlement, metrics correction) are completed on-time as per the T minus approach applicable for the renewal eventsEnsure accurate Quoting is completed on time along with multi proposal supportManage, track, present all renewal event data in the approved format to all the stakeholdersSpecific Skills :
