Job Description

Role purpose

As a key member of the Intelligent Operations Service Transition team, the Transition Manger has a pivotal role supporting the execution of the portfolio’s strategy in delivery of Growth. The role leads execution of Service Transition projects & programs, delivering Partner satisfaction.

Key accountabilities :

• Owns delivery of all Transition requirements under a specified portfolio of activities.

Assesses and reports project deliveries' health with objectivity, accuracy, and transparency

Predicts and identifies risks / opportunities from interdependencies of program deliverables

Ensures that appropriate stakeholders are engaged in risk identification and mitigation

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience

Overall 10+ years of telecom / relevant Industry experience, 3+ year Transition, Service delivery experience / exposure

Ability to manage escalations from senior stakeholders.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexities to determine core deliverables

Strong influencing skills and the ability to achieve through others

Strategic thinker with an eye for the detail
