Role Overview

We’re seeking a Business Analyst to join our growing team. You will play a key role in analyzing platform data, understanding user behavior, optimizing content strategy, and identifying new opportunities for product and growth. You’ll work closely with product, content, and engineering teams to turn data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data from multiple sources (user behavior, content performance, traffic analytics, etc.)
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms for internal stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into clear analytical tasks and data models
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and content gaps
• Collaborate with product and content teams to optimize tagging, taxonomy, and user journeys
• Support A / B testing, feature rollouts, and user feedback analysis
• Help build data infrastructure and pipelines in collaboration with engineering
