Overall Role Objective
Manage South Mumbai premium residential leasing team with strong focus on customer service, timely closure and provide value add services by achieving desire rentals for investors.
Responsible for generating lead, transaction closure, documentation, negotiations, registrations, moving in assistance etc.

Key Accountabilities
Present apartments, houses or other properties to prospective clients in a persuasive manner
Assist residential landlords in discovering suitable tenants
Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques
Provide accurate information on the different features of properties
Validate application information and references
Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements
Managing all leases from potential and existing clients.
Coordinating property viewings, follow-ups, and updating of contact management database.
Marketing all rental listings through various sources.
Negotiating lease terms with landlords and prospective tenant.
Executing new lease agreements and coordinating move-in processes.
Preparing all lease-related paperwork.
Planning and implementing marketing strategies to generate traffic.
Managing channel partner incentive plan.
Maintain a strong closing ratio.
Achieve Sales Goals each quarter.
Process service requests from tenants and ensure prompt response to inquiries
Answer incoming telephone calls, reply of all the client messages and emails.
MIS and Reporting
Reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis
Brand & Relationships
Follow company process and practices to deliver excellent leasing services
Proven skills in managing leases for high-volume properties.
Solid understanding of federal, state, and local rental regulations and compliance.
Solution-oriented thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Well-informed individual who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
Proven ability to work towards and meet targets.
Capable networker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Expert knowledge of rental agreements.
2-3 years of experience as a leasing consultant (essential).
Procedure oriented, ability to work a flexible schedule over festival period and holiday

Educational Qualifications
HSC+ bachelor’s degree From Prominent Institution
Master’s in management preferred
Experience
Minimum 5+ years in customer relations, leasing experience, sales background
Managing team of at least 2-3 people is Must
