About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Business Strategist who will play a critical role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives across high-impact business functions. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, resolve process inefficiencies, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver strong business outcomes including revenue growth, customer retention, and improved satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Strategic Execution
Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders to design and implement operational plans that align with company goals.Lead day-to-day operations across teams or regions, ensuring executional efficiency, scalability, and service quality.Translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps and own execution from planning through delivery.Root Cause Analysis & Process Optimization
Conduct deep root cause analyses to identify recurring business challenges and inefficiencies.Proactively resolve operational issues and streamline processes to drive consistency, reduce costs, and improve experience.Stakeholder Management
Act as a key liaison between leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure seamless coordination.Gather, align, and synthesize stakeholder input to drive execution across functions such as Product, Sales, Supply, and Client Experience.Problem Identification & Resolution
Identify critical business problems and performance bottlenecks using structured analysis.Define and implement effective solutions that result in measurable impact on KPIs such as revenue, churn, and operational SLAs.Analytics & Automation
Leverage tools like SQL, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar BI platforms to build dashboards, track performance, and automate reporting.Use data to guide strategic decisions and continuously improve business performance.Essential requirements
4–6 years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or analyticsProven track record of designing and executing strategic initiatives that improved business KPIsStrong analytical mindset with experience in root cause analysis, automation, and performance reportingExceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar data tools is a plusBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)Note : Please ensure you meet the essential requirements before applying.
