Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Engineer at Rupkala Gears in Rajkot. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for overseeing New Part Development activities, manage Tools, Fixtures & Gauges procurement, handle team of engineers to develop Documentation like PFD, Control Plan, PFMEA, and give technical inputs in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing Engineering knowledge for Gears up to 1000mm minimum
• High willingness for personal & professional growth
• Experience in operations like Machining, Hobbing, HT, Gear Grinding
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Drawings, Documentation
• Customer-first approach
