Senior Engineer - Process Engineering - Mechanical

To contribute in the role of an Advanced Operations (Senior Engineer) for DRE (Digital, Robotics and Enabling Technologies) in the manufacturing process engineering domain to develop New Products.

Expectations of the role :

• Work closely with manufacturing locations in development & review of manufacturing process for new products / line extensions.
• Prepare Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (pFMEA) & Control Plans for new products / line extensions.
• Prepare inspection plans and guide sheets.
• Prepare, document, and facilitate qualification / validation of equipment, inspection methods, and manufacturing / assembly processes.
• Prepare / develop manufacturing assembly procedures and digital work instructions for complex electromechanical assemblies and tests.
• Provide estimates of effort in an agile sprint-based project management setting on upcoming workload and identify cross-functional dependencies and blockers.
