In line with our expansion, we are in search of a "DevOps Quality Engineer" who can contribute effectively with our developing team. Synedyne has been in the forefront of product development in Sensing, Control, Connectivity and Intelligence products in India.

Responsibilities :

ASPICE Process Implementation & Maturity :

• Lead the creation, implementation, and refinement of ASPICE-compliant processes for both Software (SWE.1–SWE.6) and System (SYS.1–SYS.5) engineering domains.
• Conduct internal process audits and provide coaching / training sessions to development and validation teams to ensure adherence to ASPICE v3.1 base practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify process gaps and define corrective actions for continuous improvement toward ASPICE Level 2 and above.

Software Release Planning & Stakeholder Approvals :

Tool Management for SW and System Development :

ISO 26262 Functional Safety Process Enablement :

Quality Framework Exploration and Adoption :

Qualification :

Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related field

Experience :

Minimum 3 to 6 years of Tier 1 Automotive experience relevant to Systems Testing.

Experience with ASPICE 4.0 and ISO 26262 process frameworks, software development lifecycle in embedded automotive environments
