Property Manager

Leading Property Management company, located in North Goa , is looking to hire a PROPERTY MANAGER with a background in hospitality (knowledge in Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Inventory) preferably.

This position requires the candidate to be hard working, organized, with strong oral and written communication skills.

Own transportation and flexibility in working-hours are a must.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Carry out customer check-ins and check-outs
• Help handle an auxiliary team comprising of butlers, housekeepers, cooks, and / or gardeners.
• Assist in managing daily accounts
• Overview property maintenance on a regular basis
• Conduct basic staff training
• Daily report to the Management

Salary Range : INR 25000 to INR 30000
