SEO Manager

Core Responsibilities :

• Develop effective strategies for search engine optimization, including on-page and off-page tactics.
• Establish frameworks and processes for SEO implementation across teams to ensure optimal results.
• Recruit, mentor, and supervise a team of SEO experts, providing guidance and support.
• Lead SEO strategies, defining budget, resources, and success metrics for both on-page and off-page efforts.
• Dive deep into SEO reporting, improving data quality and creating funnel reports as needed, and defining tasks for teams on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Perform keyword research aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and possess a strong grasp of technical SEO.
• Analyze SEO insights and compile comprehensive reports covering audience, traffic, views, clicks, rankings, and more.
• Collaborate closely with the Content Team to develop a content pipeline, securing necessary resources with management buy-in.
