Job Overview :

We are hiring a highly skilled UKG / Kronos WFM Consultant to support our growing portfolio of Workforce Management projects. The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in UKG Dimensions (Pro WFM) and proven experience working across Timekeeping, Accruals, and Attendance modules. This is a remote contract opportunity tailored for professionals passionate about improving workforce operations across enterprise-level clients

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced UKG / Kronos WFM Consultant with a strong background in Workforce Management (WFM) solutions, particularly for retail and manufacturing clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting the UKG / Kronos WFM package and its various modules.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Implement and provide support for the UKG / Kronos WFM package, ensuring seamless operations and integrations.
• Work on key modules such as Timekeeping, Accruals, and Attendance.
• Handle WFM projects specifically for Retail and Manufacturing clients, understanding their unique needs.
• Serve as a Developer or Support Analyst in WFM projects, resolving technical and functional issues.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders, ensuring project success for clients in EU and APAC regions.
• Upgrade systems from UKG Workforce Central or ADP E-time to UKG Dimensions (Pro WFM).
