Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
Strong data analysis skills – ability to interpret large data sets and derive actionable insights.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to document business requirements, user stories, and use cases effectively.
Knowledge of business process modelling and techniques.
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
