Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Research Intern to support our outbound business development efforts. This role is focused on researching and identifying organizations and talent acquisition leaders who are actively hiring across North America (U.S. & Canada) .
Responsibilities
- Identify companies across industries in North America that are actively hiring
- Research and profile decision-makers such as Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Managers, and HR Leaders
- Use tools like , job boards, and company career pages to collect data
- Build organized and segmented lead lists for sales outreach
- Track job trends, talent movements, and hiring patterns to prioritize prospects
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to maintain CRM data accuracy
Requirements
Current student or recent graduate (Business, Marketing, HR, or related field preferred)Strong research and analytical skillsFamiliarity with and job search platforms like Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.Excellent attention to detail and structured approach to data managementGood written communication and proficiency in Excel / Google SheetsWhat You’ll Gain
