Are you a fresh graduate with a knack for research and an interest in talent acquisition? We’re looking for a Talent Sourcing Intern to help us identify and engage with top talent across design, architecture, project management, and workplace strategy domains. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in sourcing for diverse roles in the fast-paced world of design and build.
What You'll Do :
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand different job profiles across Design, Architecture, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Procurement, and Support functions .
- Use platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases , and online communities to identify and shortlist relevant candidates.
- Create and manage candidate pipelines for both niche design roles and bulk hiring requirements .
- Learn to craft effective outreach messages and engage passive candidates.
- Assist in screening candidate profiles and coordinating with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate data on sourcing activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) .
Requirements
Who You Are :
A recent graduate (or final-year student) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Genuinely interested in recruitment, especially sourcing talent across creative and technical fields.Strong internet research skills and comfort with platforms like LinkedIn and job boards.Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in learning.Able to manage multiple sourcing tasks and timelines efficiently.Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets and basic recruitment tools is a plus.What You’ll Gain :
