Key Full-Life Cycle Recruitment : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Sourcing & Attraction : Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and engage passive and active candidates for challenging technical positions.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
- Candidate Assessment : Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success within specific roles and the organization.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration : Partner closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their technical needs, team dynamics, and desired candidate profiles.
