Key Responsibilities :
End-to-End Recruitment Management :
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from requisition initiation to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements, team needs, and cultural fit.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and secure high-caliber IT professionals.
Contract Staffing Expertise :
Demonstrate strong experience and understanding of the contract staffing model, including sourcing, vetting, compliance, and onboarding for contract roles.Successfully manage a high volume of contract requisitions simultaneously, ensuring quick turnaround times.Navigate different engagement models and legal considerations pertinent to contract hiring.Sourcing & Talent Acquisition :
Utilize a diverse range of sourcing channels including job boards, professional networks (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, etc.), social media, internal databases, and referrals.Employ advanced search techniques (Boolean logic, X-Ray search) to identify passive candidates.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT talent for current and future hiring needs.Candidate Engagement & Assessment :
Conduct in-depth phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, cultural fit, and motivation.Effectively communicate job responsibilities, company culture, and compensation details to candidates.Manage candidate expectations and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Stakeholder Management & Collaboration :
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, candidate feedback, and guidance on recruitment best practices.Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless hiring process.Offer Management & Negotiation :
Prepare and extend competitive offers, conducting negotiations to secure candidate acceptance.Ensure all necessary pre-employment checks and documentation are completed.Market Intelligence & Reporting :
Stay abreast of IT industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitive landscape in Hyderabad and India.Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and time-to-hire.Required Skills & Qualifications :
