• Procure and manage inventory of technology devices, including laptops, peripherals.
• Maintain accurate records of technology assets, including serial numbers, warranties, and maintenance schedules.
• Assist with asset management, including tracking, tagging, and disposal of technology equipment in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of technology-related initiatives.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure PMO leads to facilitate project and operational purchasing, including Data Center and Infrastructure refresh project support.
• Coordinate with Finance teams for buying policies and spend management, invoicing management, updating process documentation, and managing vendor coordination and support requests.
