About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Lead to oversee and enhance our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure), Linux administration, CI / CD pipelines, monitoring and observability, and application support, coupled with solid programming and scripting expertise. You will lead a team of DevOps engineers and collaborate closely with software development, QA, and IT teams to ensure smooth, reliable, and scalable delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Lead and manage the DevOps team to implement and optimize CI / CD pipelines.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure).
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux-based environments.
• Develop monitoring and alerting systems using modern observability tools (e.g., Prometheus,
