Roles and Responsibility :
Financial Reporting and Analysis :
- Work on monthly, quarterly, and yearly closure of books of accounts, MIS and reporting to various stakeholders as needed
- Oversee the accounting department and ensure the accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on financial performance, variances from Budgets
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS and other reporting requirements
- Monitor all financial transactions, report on company financial health, and ensure systems are in place for the review of financial information.
Internal Controls and & System Developments :
Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial informationEnsure compliance with Accounting and Auditing requirements of internal controlsStrive for continuous improvement in systems and integrations, and work on automation to improve systems.External Stakeholder Management
Work with the Statutory and Internal Auditors effectively and implement the changes, and communicate the outcomes to the business stakeholdersGathering and reviewing financial data for auditsResolve audit findings and discrepanciesAct as a primary point of contact for tactical data requirements and query resolutionsTeam Leadership and Development :

Qualified Chartered AccountantMinimum of 5-6 years of experience with exposure mid-size listed but fast-paced companies.Skills :
Strong knowledge of financial reporting requirements including Ind ASProficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is must and Advance Microsoft ExcelExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to deal with external and internal stakeholdersAbility to work in fast fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and limited clarity
