Qualification : BSc / B. Tech / MSc / M. Tech in Food Science & Technology or related fields

Experience : 1-2 years in QA / QC or related field

Job Info / Job Description :

Develop, implement, and monitor FSMS / QMS in line with FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, and customer requirements.

Prepare and maintain quality-related documentation including SOPs, Work Instructions, and HACCP plans.

Participate in internal audits and coordinate third-party audits (FSSAI, Kosher, Halal, Organic, etc.). Monitor GMP, GHP, and hygiene practices on the shop floor.

Oversee daily incoming, in-process and final product testing for parameters such as moisture, viscosity, pH, ash content, microbial limits, etc.

Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment (e.g., viscometers, pH meters, moisture analyzers) and ensure traceability throughout the processing.

Ensure products comply with national and international food safety standards. Support documentation for customer audits and regulatory inspections.

Maintain MSDS, product specifications, labels, and declarations as required.

Work closely with Production, R&D, and Supply Chain teams for quality-related activities.
