Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making across departments like Marketing, Sales, Academics, and Product. You will play a pivotal role in identifying trends, measuring performance, and providing actionable insights that drive growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collect, process, and analyze large data sets from various sources (CRM, LMS, Marketing platforms, etc.)
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and campaign performance
- Provide actionable insights to support marketing strategies, student engagement, and conversion metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization and automation
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand user behavior, academic performance, and sales trends
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity through validation and cleaning procedures
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner
- Support A / B testing and performance analysis of various academic and marketing initiatives
Key Skills & Competencies :
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field1–3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical roleProficient in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio)Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills
