Role Overview
As the
Program Manager – Founder’s Office , you’ll be the right hand to the founder across all things
GTM . This is a high-leverage role where you'll drive strategic initiatives across
Sales, Marketing, Growth, and Partnerships , ensuring tight alignment between vision, execution, and outcomes. You’ll operate across strategy and ops — connecting dots, unblocking teams, and accelerating execution.
Key Responsibilities
Program Manage GTM Initiatives :
Own cross-functional programs that span sales, marketing, partnerships, and growth. Sales Ops + Analytics :
Track pipeline metrics, lead-to-close conversions, CAC, funnel velocity; drive data-backed GTM decisions. Marketing Execution :
Early build out of Product marketing plan, strategising and execute. At scale, Partner with product marketing and demand teams to plan and track campaigns, product launches, and positioning experiments. GTM Enablement :
Drive internal coordination across BDR, AE, marketing, and product teams to improve GTM velocity and feedback loops. Founder-Led Projects :
Shadow and support the founder on strategic calls, investor updates, partner discussions, and OKRs. Special Projects :
Manage experiments in outbound strategy, AI-led GTM automation, market segmentation, and alliance playbooks. GTM Tooling + Stack :
Own evaluation, onboarding, and optimization of GTM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Webflow, Notion, etc.).
Must-Have Skills
2 years of experience in
program management ,
GTM ops ,
sales / marketing strategy , or
founder’s office
roles. Deep understanding of
B2B SaaS GTM funnels for Enterprise , lead lifecycle, and revenue workflows. BTech / MBA from Reputed institutes. Strong operational and execution muscle — able to manage parallel tracks and move fast. Analytical thinking with proficiency in dashboards, metrics, and decision-making tools (Excel, HubSpot, Notion, or Looker). Excellent communication skills — concise, clear, and founder-facing. High ownership, bias for action, and ability to operate in ambiguity.
Nice-to-Have Experience working in a high-growth startup or early-stage founder's office. Familiarity with GTM automation, outbound platforms, and demand gen tools. Passion for AI and how it’s transforming go-to-market workflows.
