Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships with our most important clients. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and driving long-term success through strategic account planning and Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Develop a deep understanding of client business goals, challenges, and needs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding business within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product, customer service) to ensure successful delivery and execution.
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports on KPIs, forecasts, and progress.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while maintaining client trust.
- Resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectively to maintain strong client Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 35 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services.
- Proven ability to manage multiple key accounts and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
