Requirements

In your role as a SAP Cloud BASIS Engineer, you will be required to have the following knowledge and perform the following tasks :

• Have knowledge in the following SAP areas : SAP Solution manager, SAP BASIS ABAP system administration, performance / workload analysis, HANA database administration
• SAP Business Technology Platform administration and support
• SAP system maintenance such as upgrades, system copies and kernel updates
• Providing technical advisory to our customers for our SAP cloud solutions and services
• Business content deployment
• General SAP system administration and tuning
• Owning SAP BASIS issues through to resolution
• Proactively identifying the root cause of issues and recommending and implementing solutions
• Sizing, transport management
• SAP on Cloud experience preferred in a hyperscaler environment (AWS, Azure and / or GCP) preferred
• Work in a global DevOps environment supporting and collaborating with our broader technical and functional teams
