About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior UI / UX Designer with 69 years of experience who thrives on solving complex design challenges and crafting seamless digital experiences. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with top product or tech startups and can take ownership of delivering intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling user interfaces.

This role is perfect for designers whove worked in fast-paced, high-growth environments such as Zomato, Swiggy, Razorpay, Cred, Blinkit, Meesho, Paytm, PhonePe, Ola, Amazon, Flipkart, or other leading tech-first organizations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and evolve user-centric interfaces across web and mobile products from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and cross-functional teams to drive design strategy.
• Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and final UI designs using tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Use data, user feedback, and usability research to make informed design decisions and improvements.
• Maintain and contribute to the design system to ensure design consistency across the product suite.
• Champion best practices in usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and design patterns.
• Lead design reviews, mentor junior designers, and promote a culture of design excellence.
