Overview :
We are actively hiring a Contract-Based Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven expertise in IT contract hiring. This role is designed for high-performing recruiters who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and have a track record of closing roles on tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for contract-based IT roles (e.g., Developers, Architects, Testers, DevOps, and other technical positions).
- Strategically source, screen, and close candidates for short-term / project-based contracts using platforms like , GitHub, job portals, and referrals.
- Negotiate terms with candidates, ensuring full understanding and alignment on contract specifics including duration, compensation, and project expectations.
- Maintain high candidate engagement, especially during the notice period and pre-joining stages.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, roll out offers, and assist with onboarding for contract hires.
- Track hiring metrics and maintain accurate reports using ATS systems, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Meet or exceed weekly / monthly hiring targets, managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Partner closely with internal teams or client stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver accordingly.
Key Requirements :
Minimum 3+ years of experience in contract staffing or project-based hiring within the IT domain.Demonstrated success in meeting aggressive hiring goals under tight SLAs.Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Deep understanding of the contract recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding and compliance requirements.Knowledge of IT skillsets, tech stacks, and market trends.Proven ability to work independently, multitask, and deliver under pressure.Proficiency in using ATS tools and managing candidate data efficiently.Nice to Have :
