The Architectural Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and foster strong relationships with key clients and partners within the architectural films segment in Middle Eastern Region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the industry experience in working with architects, builders, project management companies, government projects, and a proven track record in sales and business development. The Architectural Sales Head will play a crucial role in generating leads, building connections, setting and achieving sales targets, building and managing the architectural sales team, and driving both volume and value generation.
Key Responsibilities :
- New Account Acquisition :
- Collaborate with distributors to acquire new dealers.
- Work with customer sales representatives to close cold leads.
- New White Box Customers :
- Work closely with big box suppliers and competitors to service them under private brand or white box agreements.
- Distributor Business Growth :
- Conduct market visits with distributors.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the architectural films segment in the Middle East and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, project management companies, and key decision-makers in the industry
- Market Intelligence & Networking :
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and marketing materials targeting the architectural segment

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Technology / Polymers / Business Administration / Marketing, or a related field.Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the Architectural industry.Strong knowledge of paint protection solutions, sun films, sun protection solution.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently interact with high-profile clients including CEOs, business owners, and royals.Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving results and exceeding sales targets.Well-groomed and presentable appearance, with the ability to represent the company in a professional manner.Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the United Arab Emirates.Minimum 3 years Validity of Passport or resident of UAEBenefits
