We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital function with a vision to scale performance, innovation, and digital maturity across all fronts.

This is a senior leadership role requiring deep expertise in digital marketing execution, system / process scalability, and people leadership in a fast-paced digital agency or multi-service marketing environment.

The ideal candidate will have substantial US market experience, managed large cross-functional teams (minimum 25 TO 30 members), and possess a demonstrated ability to drive process excellence, operational scalability, and skill transformation in digital We're Looking For :

• 10 to 15 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Proven expertise in managing large digital teams (2530+)
• Strong exposure to US markets and international delivery
• Hands-on experience across SEO, ABM, Paid Media, and Martech
• Prior background in multi-service digital agencies or performance-led environments
• Strategic thinker with deep process orientation and stakeholder leadership skills
