Our client is seeking a highly skilled Adobe Target Specialist to join their digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing personalized and A / B testing experiences using Adobe Target to enhance customer engagement, conversion rates, and overall digital performance. You will collaborate with marketing, UX, and development teams to deliver data-driven testing strategies that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategy & Implementation :
- Develop and execute A / B, multivariate, and personalization tests using Adobe Target.
- Create and manage audience segments to deliver tailored experiences.
- Ensure proper integration of Adobe Target with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools (Analytics, Audience Manager, etc.).
Testing & Optimization :
Design hypothesis-driven experiments to improve KPIs (conversion rates, engagement, revenue, etc.).Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Continuously refine testing methodologies based on performance data.Technical & Collaboration :
Work with developers to implement tracking, triggers, and custom code when necessary.Partner with UX / UI teams to ensure seamless and impactful test experiences.Train and support marketing teams on best practices for Adobe Target.Reporting & Insights :
Monitor and report on test performance, providing clear recommendations.Use Adobe Analytics and other tools to measure long-term impact.Stay updated on industry trends and Adobe Target advancements.Qualifications & Skills :
Required :
Min 3+ years of relevant experience with Adobe Target (A / B testing, XT, AP, Recommendations). Upto 10 Years overallStrong understanding of digital analytics (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and tagging (Launch / DTM).Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic knowledge of APIs.Experience with personalization strategies and audience segmentation.Analytical mindset with expertise in statistical significance and testing best practices.Preferred :
Adobe Target certification (or equivalent experience).Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and CDP integrations.Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.ref : hirist.tech)
