• Good communication & Presentation skills
• Good experience on conducting workshop, requirement gathering / analysis and solution design.
• Experience in On premise / SAAS based BMC Discovery administration and Helix CMDB.
• Discovery of All flavours of OS, databases, network, and storage etc.
• Experience on discovery of Cloud services / resources of AWS, Azure and Kubernetes Containers, Enhance Mainframe discovery etc.
• Experience on Outpost configuration, Disc configuration, Integration with third party credential Managers like CyberArk or HarshiCorp, Discovery using REST API etc.
• Experience on Start Anywhere Application Modelling, Business applications.
• Good experience on CMDB Jobs Configuration like Identification, reconciliation, and other jobs.

Key Skills :

BMC Discovery – Schedule Infrastructure Discovery, Application Mapping, CMDB sync, building TPL, Discovery Report generation

Entuity – Network Monitoring, Netflow analyse

TrueSight Network Automation – TrueSight, Network Audit and Compliance Management, Network Configuration management

TrueSight Server Automation – BladeLogic, TrueSight , TSA, TSSA, Server Patching, Server provisioning, Server Configuration Management, Server Audit
